Subscription & Modules
Lumabill offers a free basic plan and a Pro plan with advanced features. You can also activate individual modules to cover specific needs. All subscription settings are found under Settings > Subscription & Modules.
Available Plans
FREE -- Basic Invoicing
The free plan includes everything you need to get started:
- Unlimited invoice creation with Swiss QR payment slips
- Client management
- Product catalog
- PDF export and email delivery
- Basic dashboard with revenue overview
The FREE plan is ideal for freelancers and small business owners who need a simple and reliable invoicing solution.
PRO -- Advanced Business Features
The Pro plan extends Lumabill with professional tools:
- Quotes/Estimates -- Create and send quotes that can be converted into invoices with one click
- Recurring invoices -- Automate regular billing (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Expense management -- Record and categorize business expenses
- Advanced reports -- Profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and VAT report
- Priority support -- Faster response times for your inquiries
Add-on Modules
Regardless of your chosen plan, you can add modules individually:
Bookkeeping Module
Enables full double-entry bookkeeping with the Swiss chart of accounts (SME):
- Manage and customize the chart of accounts
- Create journal entries
- Open and close fiscal years
- Bank reconciliation with CAMT import
AI Module
Leverage artificial intelligence for automation:
- Automatic receipt recognition (OCR) for expenses
- Intelligent account assignment suggestions
- AI-powered transaction categorization
The AI module includes a monthly quota of requests. Your current usage is displayed under Settings > Subscription.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Modules
- Select the desired plan or module
- Click Upgrade -- you will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page
- After successful payment, the new features are activated immediately
Billing is monthly. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time -- changes take effect at the next billing period.
Invoices and Payment History
Under Settings > Subscription, you will find an overview of all past payments along with links to your Stripe invoices.
